When i filled it in, i just put gay stuff like, "I'm passionate about music & film and so feel like a career within hmv would be ideal." And thennn about career aspirations i just said that i wanted to eventually have a career in retail management and so hmv's training and promotion prospects fit in with my goals. Or something. Just lie! :D
Write stuff about how you want to progress within the company n whatever.
