Actually you should warn people that they are being very stern about parking. Last week a group of us went to the Highlander, went to the movie, went back to the highlander after and one of our people got booted and despite having a receipt they siad she couldn't prove she was there the entire time and had to pay to get the boot removed.

Call Angela Chapman at Akerman. They'll refund the boot cost if you can convince them. Having the MGR at highlander vouch will help as well. It sounds like the boot company isn't quite following the procedure that Akerman has outlined.

Karen had reciepts proving she was at the highlander.
They said she couldn't prove she was there the entire time and made her pay anyway. But, I'll pass that along to Karen and see if she wants to persue it. Thanks!!!

Apparently, a lot of people where coming back with lawn chairs coolers and such getting receipts and then claiming to have not been at the park. Angela's Number is 770-913-3924. She seems pretty nice. Have Karen drop the name of an employee or two at the Highlander.

I think H and I are going to try and make it out tonight but I'm stuck with a shit load of work. I missed one week of work and have spent two weeks trying to fix everythign that went wrong. I know you are out of town this weekend but lets also try and get something a goin on next week..... dinner?
