this is your warning -
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NO READ UNDER THE CUT IF YOU HAVE NOT FINISHED HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SPOILERS AHOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hem, hem.

okay so here's the thing. I DON'T CRY. well no, I do, but even in the past 2 books - when sirius and dumbledore died - i didn't cry. I teared up at sirius, and dumbledore I saw coming so I didn't cry.
but I (to use jo rowling's own terms) ABSOLUTELY HOWLED while reading this book.
The first time, was when Ron showed up in the forest of dean after leaving Harry and Hermione. I was so happy - I just knew he would return - and I started bawling. (I had previously thrown the book down when ron left, angry at Jo for doing such a thing).
The second time I cried was at Dobby's funeral. Harry's insistance on a proper funeral for the freed elf, Luna's words, oh the tears
I don't think I cried again until Neville showed up. I was just so happy Neville was there - and then I cried again when Percy came back to the family that loved him so much.
And again I cried, as Harry watched Snape's memories...Snape did love Lily, just as I had expected-
and then. it was over, and harry had won, and everything was wondrous, and I BAWLED. OUT OF HAPPINESS!!!! and my mother sees me crying, right at the end of the book, and just assumes that harry is DEAD - WHICH HE IS NOT - I WAS CRYING BECAUSE IT ALL TURNED OUT JUST LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO!!!!!

that was. the greatest book. i've ever read.
i might start crying again
