I've just done this bizarre tango between several mental health things to end up back at the start. Hopefully CMHT will be able to help.

Would you be willing to share your side effects while on Fluoxetine?

Keep in mind I don't seem to react normally to these kinds of pills and I'm not sure what can be blamed on the drugs or not.

Sleepiness during the day.
Dehydration.
Emotional numbness (interspersed with much more emotional periods).
Increase in sexual desire/frustration (opposite of normal effect of these drugs, though not unknown).
Occasional aches and pains.

I too experience sleepiness during the day and an increase in sexual interest.
I just assumed it was due to my ADHD which seems to warp much.
Sorry you're having more troubles.
