Really not at all related terms!
Anyway, I did a module on medieval castles (well, okay, half of it was on castles) in my final year and would be really interested to read what you've got and make any comments on the English.
Allure (in English): to tempt by beauty or some such thing; Wall-walk, passage behind the parapet of a castle wall.
Lists: Many many definitions including - An enclosed area, usually fenced off, where tournaments were held.

HA ha!!! all making sense now. The "lices" I'm talking about concerns the space between the inner and outter wall of the castle, that was (and still is for touristic purposes) used for tournaments. So i take it lists is more like what i'm after.
Anyway, the whole thing should be done by saturday or sunday. Best would probably be for me to have it sent by post? For one thing it'll be a really heavy file, and for another you probably wouldn't want to read it on a screen. So yup, would really appreciate if you sent me an address to which i could send you the whole thing!
