Doctors note you say

So I'm doing something that I haven't done since December 2004, I'm using a sick day. When I was to the Doctor on Friday to see about my feet (toenails, I don't talk about it because I find it embarrassing) he gave me this note that says I can (I guess should really) take a week off work. Well he was going to give me two, but I talked him down.

Sorry to hear that, I thought it was getting better! No need to feel guilty or embarrassed, neither is called for. And as my mom aways says, "Don't wait for something that impedes getting trashed to finally take a day's rest"... or was it something about an ounce of prevention... anyway, the point is rest up, yo.
