Tonight was a very fun night. I hadn't planned for it to be. I was supposed to cook dinner last night and I got semi-blown off by the friend who was supposed to come over. I say semi because she still wanted to come over, but she basically told me not to bother cooking dinner because she wasn't in the mood to eat it. To which my response was, "

BTW, I love that LJ friends from RI are more willing to come over for dinner than one of my closest friends who lives three subway stops up from me and has a car. She's seriously in deep shit with me right now. But that's a whole different blog (which I need to get around to writing).

yeah that was actually really rude of your friend to say that after you invited her over for dinner. I have the same kind of friends, believe me. I try not to take it personally but sometimes you can't help but be pissed off.

As someone who's had the pleasure of eating these pork chops, I must say that they're even more delicious than they look. I'm glad you've moved on to healthier things, but we'll always have kielbasa!
