I'm reading On The Road by Jack Kerouac and it really makes me want to go cross-country when I get older.  I'd buy some vintage car and drive across the country with only $150 dollars in my pocket.  I'd write some memoir about it and it'll epitomize a generation.  Although, for some reason, I think that would be easier for a guy.  Whatever.  Maybe

Wow, looks like you've got it all planned out. Cotton picking isn't that glamarous. You should at least do dairy farming or grape picking. Hitchhiking (depsite the recent movie) has been quite out of vogue for some time, and isn't likely to come back. If you are feeling wanderlust, i recommend "travels with charley" instead for a more practical guide to the open road. Of course, you might have to be an old man to get it.

Yes Cooper, my birkenstocks are pretty much attached to my feet. I came home last year with some pretty strange tan lines. Just think if your gym staff, you'll almost never get to wear them.

so wierd i was watching unsolved mysteries today and they had a story about this girl that was obbsessed with Jack Kerouak and one day she packs up everything and left without saying bye. Everyone thinks she went to the mountains ..? ( i forgot) that Jack wrote about. They found her car with all her possesions . no sign of her or her cat. just thought i would share. i'm bored.
