Opening the heavy auditorium door I slide in quietly, and not seeing anyone I look around for her, deciding it would be best not to call out her name. Walking over to the stage I stand in front of it for a moment, sorting out where the orchestra would go and how much room it would take up, and then, remembering there should be a pit I climb the stairs up onto the stage. Looking around for a way down, I spot a trap door and open it as quietly as possible, looking downwards.
...Instead of finding a pit, I can see a faint light...some sort of candle. And then I see Heather. Chanting.

I smile and tuck the snuffed candle into the pocket of my blazer. "Well, this is a nice surprise! What are you doing here?" I lean over to grab the trap door to close it.

When he asks about the orchestra pit, it takes a minute to focus. "Oh...oh! Well, there's no official pit, but I was thinking we could rope off this area here and set up chairs in it," I say, indicating the area in front of the stage, before the first row of seats. "I know it doesn't look that big, but I think it'll fit just fine. I've had the entire play cast sitting there for meetings."

I kind of want to shoo him out, so I start checking my watch. "Was there anything else you needed to know about the orchestra? Did they decide on a piece to play?"
