The muggle law enforcement agency has contacted us regarding the murdered muggle in an all-wizard neighborhood in Chelsea, London. While they do not know how the muggle has wandered there, they suspect magic was used for the murder. The only suspect is the owner of the house where the muggle was found dead. The owner is a pureblood wizard. The wizard does not seem to be able to peice together what exactly happened. His wand was also missing. I suspect he destroyed his wand and succumed to shock. No one in the neighborhood claims to have heard anything, but everyone would attest to wanting the muggle out.
The muggle law enforcement agency requests that the wizard be held under thier jurisdiction and serve time in thier muggle penetentiary.
I am of the opinion, Minister, that it will not be healthy for this news to get out. It is very bad publicity. As you can see, tentions between purebloods and muggles are still very high. We do not want to aggravate matters, do we?
