Layla was the name of a girl in a film I fell in love with when I was maybe 8 years old. I wanted to find her an was wondering if that was her real name. Yesterday I clicked the random button here and found you. Not a real connection between the two stories, I know. But both a bit virtual without knowing what is true.
Thats extremely lovely. But my real name is not Layla, its Leila. Everyone I meet never pronounces it right (Lee-luh) so I resign myself to the fact I will always be a Layla.
Hmmm, spooky thing because in my mother language "Leila" is pronounced "Lay-Luh" and "Layla" sounds like "L-i-luh" you know? For me you are Lee-luh (pronounced the american way). Do you know what made your parents give you that name? And what influence did the name have on your biography? Am I too curious? But I did not ask about X and Y, did I? 8-))
I dont understand what you mean by 'what influence did the name have on your biography' People love my name. They constantly say it and roll it off their tongues because it sounds good. And my parents gave me that name for the same reason; it was different, and it fitted well with my surname. And it meant 'dark haired princess'..and well..I've always had dark hair. And I'm a snotty little 'princess' Haha. My full name is Leila Karolina Helene...and then comes my last name which nobody bar maybe four on my friends list know. For safety reasons etc.
thankyou. as always. i heart you more than youll ever know. especially when you called out of the blue. you were the last person i was expecting. haha. seriously. top work on shocking the hell out of me.
well..mr y isnt quite an asshole. hes a teenager. he doesnt 'need this right now'. its truely too much for both considered. i just want his support to show if things are confirmed.
