If it makes you feel any better I always got the Hawkeye/Natasha Vibe as just friends that really knew each other well.
I don't do well at horror flicks either. The silent hill games freak me out especially the whole pyramid head and his rapely tendencies on the nurses. It's f-ed up.
I think it can be read either way, but they would work as a couple in the movie if they go that way with it. Movie!Clint is very similar in some ways to comic!Bucky (Although I'm more annoyed by the fact that they're now trying to break up Bucky and Natasha in the comics and get her with Clint to appeal to the movie market. Not cool, writers. Not cool at all.)
There's still a bit in the first Silent Hill movie I can't watch even though I've seen it quite a few times now. Lara and I watched it last week and I was all "I won't look away at this scene this time! Lara! Watch me be brave! I'm looking! I'm looki- HOLY FUCK OH GOD I CAN'T LOOK I CAN'T LOOOOOOOOOOOOKKKKK!" So... bit of a fail there. But I love the game too - I've only played the second one though. I always have to stop for ages though because I hate the puzzle parts because I'm rubbish at puzzles. I just want to run around the creepy town killing things, dammit!

Was it the part where pyramid head ripped the skin off that woman? Cause that always makes me cringe. I actually owned the last movie and sold it because it freaked me out so.much.
Thirteen Ghosts also freaks me out, but that runs into my 'creative movie' stack. I kind of loved how each ghost had a history and background and was different. That was a pretty unique flick.
Nope, it's the bit in the bathroom with that crawling guy. CANNOT DEAL WITH IT. Even the sounds he makes freak me the fuck out! (I don't like the bits right at the end with the barbwire either but that's more of a 'ew this is gross, I'll make tea until it's done' instead of 'HOLY SHIT I WILL NEVER GET THIS IMAGE OUT OF MY HEAD AGAIN :O' )
Thirteen Ghosts freaked me out so bad. I don't know if I'd actually find it scary anymore but after seeing it at the cinema I spent the next year terrified to leave my room in the middle of the night.

I was sixteen! It seemed like a good idea at the time! (Although, to be completely truthful? I totally love Matthew Lillard, ever since Scream.)
It was tasty too! Took a bit of work to cut through the near-impenetrable layer of icing though.
