AGWG Goes to NYC!!! I believe it was Saturday, January 4th. When it was beautiful outside and about 70 degrees. Amazing weather and perfect for our outing.
Meet-up at Penn Station around 3-4 pm
We waited for Aldi and Spork (Charlie) someplace close to that big Christmas tree.
It was so pretty!

Jen, my new favorite little asian girl. Er. Woman. Who is actually significantly older than I. We hung out a few times after the meetup and plan to again this Tuesaday!

We all ate at Sbarro and ordered lots of good pizza and drinks.
We then took the subway towards the Empire State Building. I saw some awesome rats.

That day, I met some good friends that I hope to stay in contact with. A few irritating friends that I hope to lose contact with but eh. Whatever. I met Jen and Matt that day, and Liz through them. I've been hanging out with them for awhile and realized my friends know their friends. Crazy, huh? We went to karaoke a few days after the Saturday meetup followed by a few days of 6th Brothers, bowling, and a few rounds at the arcade. I'm completely grateful for having met them all. And it's funny how close Jen and Matt live...practically walking distance, haha. So...a few pics from last Tuesday during the greatest karaoke event to take place. We took over the bar and sang at least 6-7 songs throughout the entire night.

This man was amazing. He was hiding out in the bar the entire night and towards the end of the night, he went up and blew us all the fuck away!
But the best song was towards the end when we did Queen. Bohemian Rhapsody? Oh yeah. We all went up, took up the mics and sang until an hour past the closing time. The bar was ours and how much did I spend? Not a single fucking dollar. Because it was completely free and I just drank lots of water, no minimum required. Thank you, Jen and Matt for introducing us all to that bar. We'll be seeing you all there this Tuesday, you can count on it.
I don't think I've ever had so much fun during karaoke and with such a large group! Definitely our new hang out, haha. It's great that we all have something in common also, haha. People we know, people we don't want to know, and people we can't stand, hahahah.
Fucking cheers to the start of a great new year. I'm out and about, not broke, working, and...only a few more days until Amanda and I go on leave for a mini roadtrip vacation.
