You need whatever picture you want in your info to be uploaded to an image hosting site (photobucket.com, imageshack.com, etc.).
Once you have it uploaded there, it has the IMG, URL and TAG code. You simply copy and paste the IMG code into the "About Me" box located on the "Manage Info" page.
Click save and you should be good to go.

I actually made a mistake. You use the TAG code. Not the IMG.
Stupid moment.
