it looks smaller for some reason. I've always wanted mine done but I don't have Angelina lips unfortunately. Could they use a 16g?

The piercing she has is called a vertical labret because it isn't done horizontally, as is a traditional lip piercing. This picture clearly shows the curved barbells exiting through the top of her lip, as opposed to the backside.

I can't tell how yours is done though? But even if it is a traditional lip piercing, I can see how some might mistake it for a vertical. I've always thought wearing cbr's in the center of your lip make it look a little different.
