beach hill right next to chavez. 1 is 595, 2 are 545, and the small one is 495. the big one is big enough for 2 people.

we may be interested. still need to line up one more person, so i'll let you know fairly soon if possible and we can arrange to see it. we'd be looking to lease for about 12 months, preferably pro rated starting when school ends, any info you can provide about that?

what would be happening would be whoever moves in for the summer would be finishing up our lease. then in september a whole new lease would start, it is for a year, but she may be able to do it for a different amount of time if you talked to her about it.
