So Entertainment Weekly has put Twilight on the cover of the next issue. The pic looks kinda weird though, like someone said, it looks like the cover of a bad trashy romance novel... those my mom uses to read, so she might just lurve that. :P
Did I mention I made my mom totally addicted to Twilight? She's read Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse in like ( Read more... )

The cover is awful. When I first saw it, I totally thought it looked like a trashy romance novel's cover too!

I believe that to be the most popular opinion about that cover.
Well, I don't think you can tell the movie is going to suck because of one EW cover. Actually, the pictures inside are pretty cool. The EW photographer was just way off in trying to translate what the book is about in that one pic. Let's just hope Rob hits the gym soon.

My opinion is based on more than just the EW cover. I could be wrong. But the more I see the more I'm convinced the director/producers/actors got it all wrong. That said, I'm sure it's gonna sell like hell anyway. The fandom is full of teenagers who don't really give a shite whether what they see on screen is good or not. It's Twilight and to them it's enough.
(Mr. Pattinson doesn't need to hit the gym. He needs to be hit by a truck.)

Yeah well, but you say that commenting a post regarding only the EW cover, so you can see how that would counfuse pretty much anybody.
