Tonight I have to solve poverty, learn the guitar part to a 4-minute song using a legal copy that sounds more like a bootleg from yesteryear, read 200 pages and write at least 5 one page reflections throughout the book (where one page is loosely defined), do two weeks worth of math homework perfectly and miraculously morph into a woman with a Ph.D ( Read more... )

last yr -- Dec 24, we had a flood.

Basically, my mother and father are morons. A week prior. my mother filled the washing machine with water and then left it open for my dad to do laundry and my mom and i went to Puerto Rico.

So, my dad didn't do laundry for a week.
And the washing machine bottom rusted out.
And also, the washing machine is on the 2nd floor next to my room.
It flooded my room. My bathroom. The hallway. The living room. The kitchen (you can see an imprint of my bathroom tiles on our kitchen ceiling) and our basement including but not limited to our 4 furnaces.

Construction is finally starting.
