Although, I'm not going to lie - it was a bit frustrating having other photographers shoot the same shots I had planned and set up

it's OK to feel that way. your results reflect your preparation/hard work.

if you spent a day with shutterbugs, well...... it kinda happens as they get excited over what your doing. if you were with seasoned photographers they wouldn't without an invite. good friends shouldn't have a problem with some simple ground rules in the future.

your moving along at an impressive rate. well done

Thanks, Joe. Trying to get a body of work together to print in a large format to hang around town I hope! I just started this really but it gives me something to work for; improve for...

Thanks! And hey, I don't really know how this livejournal mail works or how it notifies you if you have a message... but I sent you one about prints if you are still interested :)

Red gloves and snow are the perfect combination. This makes me sad we don't have any snow here! I feel like a chilly adventure.

PS, these photos are incredible.

Where do you live? I know how you feel. I lived in Florida for 10 years. Everything was green, brown, and flat. Here I can go to the coast, forest, mountains, river... amazing place for scenery. And thankkkkk you :)

Vancouver! We're in the midst of the Winter Olympics, yet we're having the warmest February weather ever. It feels like April. But yeah, all we get is rain. Mountains and rain. 98% of the time I love it, but it'd be nice to have some snow every once in a while. Last year we got a buttload of snow and it was so much fun. To play in, not to drive in. Golly.
