The other work was matted. I would have gone with matting too but due to money/time constraints I just couldn't do it. The other guys' stuff was much smaller so it was a lot easier for them to get theirs done.

sounds very successful. i did five "first fridays", a different set of ten each show, which lasted a month each and sold only one print. :( on top of that, the shop owner sold the print, with matt and frame for the price of a print. its a lot of work. I'm sure you were excited showing them....... i was

Well I haven't sold any of the large prints yet, but I've sold quite a few cards and 4x6 prints... when the show's over I'm going to put them into an etsy shop or something. I'd be nice to make the money I spent on the project back, but honestly it wasn't that much and I think I've made 25% back... crossing fingers :) It was tons of fun to have all my friends there and having people say they liked my work. Made me feel legitimate for a quick second.
