they are still prosecuting though, think the RSPCA is as shocked as everyone else over this http://www.rspca.org.uk/ . i just don't understand how the judge can send 29 ponies/donkeys back as pets - suspect it's something to do with them being 'travellers' though I'll get accused of being racist or something saying that

Typical of this country. We have no idea how to punish someone for their crimes & no idea how to clean up the mess the asshole left in the first place.

This is worse than starving children. Children have voices, tortured animals do not.
I'm so sick of this country & the way it operates.
