my parents are mad at me cause i'm never home. it's my last few weeks before college and they want to see me but i'm always gone. i've been hanging out with so many people lately. my life has been going by so quickly like one big whirlwind. being home is so boring though. i didn't go anywhere tonight and i'm so restless

And it seems like everyone i know is going through that whole "parents are mad because you're never home" phase. They're just not used to it, it goes away eventually I guess, as long as you act loving and appreciative at home, like you want to be there (even if you might not want to) which i know is hard since you're always stuck watching your brother or doing chores or some shit when you're at home. I don't know, just make it a point to talk to them about your day and all, and try to include them in your life at least for a little bit, even if you still go out every night.

yeah that happened to me last summer (about the whole parents thing) and i did basically everything justin did and my parents were more ok with me constantly going out and i think it ultimately made it easier for them to let go when i moved into college
