before I wake up

since the winter I've been getting violent nosebleeds constantly, usually just as i'm going to sleep so the blood drips down the back of my throat there's some mild choking as i'm drifting off. These nosebleeds have been acompanied by: SCULL CRUSHING HEADACHES..... not sure what to make of this

Have you seen a doctor for the nosebleeds/headaches? That's scary stuff, huh?

No I haven't seen a doctor yet. I should go, I've just been really busy this year and haven't had much of a chance yet. Also it seems often when I go and tell them something like this they usually tell me it's nothing. That doesn't really help and then i feel like i've wasted a whole bunch of time going and nothing's been fixed. It's possible that it's stress, lack of sleep and the dryness of the air. I will go soonish....hopefully :}
