Sameer in india somewhere has just told me that there is no problem with my account but apparently there is a latency between some domains, which means that messages cannot get through between certain isp's

I'm with plusnet. Unmetered offpeak (sustainable usage policy) a whacking great peak time bandwidth limit and I now get my free evening and weekend call package through them too for what the line rental used to cost me with BT. Very happy customer. Very pleased to see the back of BT.

Also: they don't have call centres in India.
