this polka dot dress is SO beautiful. i bought it off ebay, but it doesn't fit so i have to sell it. it's a size UK 12, which translates into a 4/6/8 US. the dress was pretty expensive and has NEVER been worn (i took the tags off, but i only tried it on once - it's brand new) so please make reasonable offers.
