I've been using Evernote for work for the past year and had no idea you could even create custom templates! I did a quick search but pretty much came up empty for anything that's more complicated than your journal template (which I am marveling at because even if that is Coding 101, it is beyond me). Good luck on getting something that works for you.

I love their dynamic in season 1, but making them all lovey-dovey was so wrong for this show I can't believe they ever though it was a good idea.I haven't seen the premiere yet (and will probably hold off until it airs), but read this bit anyway because I am so over ~*Carrie and Brody, star-crossed tragic lovers*~ and am so relieved he isn't in it. I agree that there's probably still more to do with Brody's character and he shouldn't be killed off outright yet, but the second they are, like, gently caressing each other's faces again while reciting poetry HEADS WILL ROLL. I'm so glad that it sounds like the focus will be on Saul and Carrie! I love their relationship and think it brings

Evernote is a great service, but they seem much less interested in the look of our notes than in the look of their own interface. Which is weird and wrong-headed of them, in my opinion. Sure, the interface is important, but for us users, the notes are the entirety of our experience, so not making those better is a bad business move for them, I think. (Though you shouldn't be too impressed with my journal template. Like I said, I copied most of it from someone else and just tweaked it for my own use

I was really bored by Masters of Sex. I'll watch the second ep (which I think is out already), just because I usually give a new show two eps to try and interest me, but if it's as boring then I'm done.
