Were you a student at the University of Kent, by any chance? My girlfriend's studying that module there this year and just wondered if it was the same one!

Yes, that's the one! Say hi to Maria (the lecturer) for me ;)

I really enjoyed that module, we had a good group - those of us who ever bothered to turn up, that is - and got some great discussions going. Maria is also fantastic, I really enjoyed her classes: I took Legal History, as well.

I hope your girlfriend is enjoying it, I loved the Law course :)
