Elon lit up last night-- not just with the annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony in town, and not even with all the new lights wrapped around the buildings in the main area of campus. Last night was "Reading Day Eve" which is suppose to be the 'wickedest' time for parties.  Ironic as it seems when contrasted to the lights, everyone deems it ( Read more... )

I use to love the month of December. It was my favorite month out of the entire year. Well, second favorite-- behind October, of course. The reasons were simple, yet wondrous all in the same magical way that put a smile on my face for the entire month; all the way up until that special day. It is officially Thanksgiving Break here at Elon (for me at least) and I don't think I could be any happier. I got back two A's today on papers I had written and it made my feel really good. I also switched my schedule around a little bit more so that I can be in the classes that I want to be in, with cool people, at the perfect times. It's funny ( Read more... )

So I haven't updated in a while. Life is so rapid right now- things are coming at me from every direction. I just want to get through this semester and have it OVER.
