The birthday gift I wanted to buy, I can't because the company were closed down last year for health and saftey violations.

They had too many acid baths that weren't covered up.

Grrr.

Now I have to try and find the blasted things somewhere else.

A pair of earrings, actually.

There was a company near where I grew up that took real leaves and coated them in 'iridescent copper' and made them into jewellry.

They were really beautiful things.

That was what I was after.
