Doctor's appt.
My knee pain is comming from my flat feet causing my feet to turn out in contrast to my hips which turn in (from being a female apparently it's more common). Apparently it's really common, made worse by just how flat my feet are, but the damage to my knees is not that bad - which is really good

Bad for me.
That means I won't see you all summer :(
BTW I just put all the cruise pictures in the albums and I ran out of room. We need a 4th one. omggggggg
