Mainly I'd just stay away from buying dvds on eBay. But if you are looking at any anime do NOT buy from eshopeanime, also, if it has chinese subtitles and 3 discs or less it is probably a bootleg. This link is on that Cowboy Bebop community info page. http://www.jazzmess.com/merch/bootlegfaq.html
It's where I learned a bunch of stuff. If you are going to buy anime make sure it is from the site of the company that made it not from a store. Unfortunately I did not read that site until AFTER I bought and recieved the dvds.
