Please excuse me for being tardy to type an update... really, what other explanations do I have? I have been really busy like hell, besides I don’t think I’m going to update LJ every week

The only time I've ever been to Edmonton is to partake in ball tournaments and provincials. I've never actually had the opportunity to see anything in Edmonton besides WEM, but you pretty much covered what's there.
It was nice of that man to return your wallet. You're definitely lucky it turned up, and intact, too!
Sounds like you play baseball almost every year, eh? So how many times in a year would you travel to Edmonton? I may be biased, but I really can’t imagine myself living there... their road system is just weird, but it is definitely wide-spaced compare to the roads in Calgary. No wonder why we are so crowded at all times. HOWEVER, Calgary is at advantage because of our transit system. If you take a comparison between Edmonton and Calgary transit map, then you’ll definitely know what I’m talking about.
Oh yeah, I’m just grateful about my wallet. I definitely don’t have to worry about paying a chunk of money for any replacement of my cards. The driver license replacement fee is probably 100 bucks. This time, I’m gunna buy a new one - much smaller wallet to use.
I haven't had to travel to Edmonton since my grade 12 year for ball. I played competitive one more year for the women's league and then quit playing competitive because it was getting in the way of my schoolwork and my career goals. Now, I just play on four teams (which is like playing competitive, having games that often)) that are recreational and they just have inner-city tourneys at the end of the summer. Plus, the expense of playing competitive ball was insane compared to just playing recreational... It really put a dent in my wallet.
Sometimes a smaller wallet does help. I whittle my necessary cards down to absolute bare minimum during the summer, because I don't need nearly as many cards as I do when I'm going to school, like student ID, etc. It's nuts how many cards I have just for school.
Since that you have been playing ball for a LONG TIME. I think it is probably worth of your money to spend; because you enjoy it. Perhaps, you can go back playing competitive ball once you’re done with school? It would probably give you more of flexible schedule. I mean, you know that you’ll be sitting your ass down in front of the computer for like what, 40 hours per week. Obviously, this would take a toll on our body, right? So, after work you can do some physical work-out (i.e. biking, and so on) instead of being a couch potato.
jeez. Obviously, I didn't check the website before I forwarded the attachment to people. You're right - someone/or some group of people did created this parody site; probably just for the hell of it.
