The leaders of Homeowners' Associations are the true fascist-authoritarian-totalitarian-dictators in American society.

Bunch of repressed little martinets, strutting about, feeling every erg of their tiny bit of power and letting it go straight to their heads.

That said, I never had a problem with the Rosedale Gardens Homeowners' Association. But then, I never tried to use a clothesline, fix the 50-foot flagpole in my old backyard or replace the driveway concrete.
