We haven't decided. I think our decision is going to be based in large part on what they decide to do about the crappy bands. If they were acoustic, that would be fine, but I am sick to death of Moonsuck singing their "We're so persecuted because we're pagans" types of songs with little talent and no variation from festival to festival. If it weren't for the music aspect (which the vendors have no respite from whatsoever), it would be a great festival. I just don't know if it's worth it if we're going to have many more hours of crap bands forced on us.
*nods* I don't blame you! You guys are right there at the stage with no escape...And even over in Heathen Hollow (where I was camped) it was grating - no escape. I am not overly fond of the bands period. I agree that if it were acoustic that it would be nicer, but cranked up electric music. Someone I know recently said it would all be well and good if they wanted to turn it into a "Paganpalooza" type event. *laugh* But that isn's what it is...So...*shrugs*
But at the same time it is damned near the only way I get to see certain people that I am fond of and actually respect in the Pagan "community." I still don't know...But, if I recall correctly, admission is the same price as it was for 02 Moondance.
We will be up on Saturday morning. Give me a call at the apartment to arrange a pick-up. We are going to bring a U-haul and load most everything possible.
