today was good...we learned the rest of the cheerleading dance. hmm that was interesting!! its REALLY fast!! i think i will have it soon though..i know what to do i just cant do it that fast.

im really tired..and my hamstring is KILLING me!! like i really am about to cry it hurts so bad. ahhhhh!!
