Sadly, I don't think Tulip Fever will be filmed anytime soon. Its gone from this forty five million dollar project to this twenty six million indie thanks to Dreamworks. And the British Government fucked us over so any plans to film in the spring are pretty much a no go. So its either going to be made in the fall, which might conflict with filming
