I got so much to do around the house but I just don't feel like doing it. Our dryer is still broken. They were supposed to bring the part to fix it today but its on back order. Going on 3 weeks with no dryer. Its under warrenty so its free to fix but still 3 weeks ( Read more... )

Thank you! I think I am going a little overboard .. my hubby told me last night its not a wedding its a birthday. I just want it to be special. lol.

Just curious: does Shaylee like riding in the car? If so, I doubt you'd have any real issues with her going that long of a distance. Morgan handled being stuck in the car for like 2 days when we moved out here, and she only had a meltdown (which wasn't even a real meltdown) once...and that was when we were nearly here.

By the way, the invitation you chose is really cute. :)

She does like riding and we travel alot. Mostly like hour trips. But sometimes she gets really fussy. I think she gets sick of being in her car seat. Maybe I will ride in the backseat with her for some of it.

Invites are sooo cute. And you gave me another site to check out for invites! Maddy will be a year next month - I cannot freakin believe it. We are doing a circus theme and I do am probably going to be told by my hubby that I'm overdoing it. It's the first of maybe 3 b-day parties where I get to pick the theme, ya know? After that I'm stuck with whatever cartoon crap kids are into at the time.

Oh, and the car thing. We took Maddy to VA for vacation and it was about a 5 hour drive. It's not something I want to do again any time soon, but we lived. She did scream quite a bit, and riding in the back did not help, as she wouldn't nap because she could see me.

I can't believe are babies are going to be 1 so soon! A circus theme will be cute.
