It's that time again!
Me:
Still bloody jetlagged. I sleep in short 3-hour intervals and am never quite awake, which is why you're all getting tags at random weird times. Term starts today, as does the FINAL YEAR of this PhD. Which is scary. But frankly, I am going to be spending ten hours a day typing in my office, so small brain-breaks to write tags is going to be a necessity. That said, I expect to remain my usual slowtimey self.
Plots recently have been a lot of fun--having Reynald older than his dad (and go to the prom with Zoe!) was awesome. I only got one post in with each for powers roulette but they were good posts, so am happy with that. (Dairine missed Mothra, which she's kicking herself for, but she was reading. And I was travelling.) Halloween coming up sounds cool, though I only know it's something about an evil amusement park. That sounds awesome.
Robb Stark
Robb is still dealing with Jon's arrival; he feels more complete with him around but at the same time, our poor remaining Starks have been hurt quite a few times by now already, and it doesn't get any easier. He's also agreed to take Delirium on a date, his goal for which is to get to know things about her beyond the fact she fancies him. He knows that, now he'd like to find out if she can hold a conversation that doesn't make his head hurt!
THREADS WITH: Arya, please! They need to talk. All the people he has threads open with right now. (Jon, always. I can never get enough of Edmund.) Everybody else--Bill, Hiccup, Del (obviously). Any new people who feel like meeting a direwolf and/or an adorable toddler.
Dairine Callahan
Her 'starts to depend on someone and so they disappear or their mun does' curse is still going strong. Sigh. Have tagged her into many things recently in the hopes of getting to know more people, and reconnecting as much as possible with the ones we lost track of, so we'll see how it goes. IG, she just learned a WHOLE lot of stuff in the Powers Roulette, and Spot got an upgrade, so they're riding pretty high on that. What I would really like her to do is go to a party--a proper teenager party, or otherwise getting into trouble, but somebody would have to drag or otherwise convince her. Anybody feel like being a bad influence?
THREADS WITH: Daphne, so Dari can show her she learned to sign. Adam, always, if dear Crystal has time again soon. Tony Stark, aka her new particle physics teacher, and everybody else in that class. Professor X, her new genetics teacher, also one of several childhood idols. Everyone else that she's in classes with, or not, or is wandering by, or whatever. ;)
The Future
Marie (Les Petits Mouchoirs}
I've actually been thinking this for a while, since I first saw the film months ago, but wanted to see if I'd be doing enough RP to justify a new character. This one's different from anybody I've played in a long time, damaged and selfish and modern and grown-up. There are a lot of things that go on on the island that sound fun, but that my characters would not do in a million years, so it'd be cool to have someone for whom a bit more misbehaviour was IC. ;) I'm not sure when this will occur; I need to get settled into classes and make sure I have time, and finish watching the film again and all that.
