i need to learn how to transfer money from my commerce account to my ING account. i'm so confused

i transfered $400 to the ING account. i didn't think it worked at first until i went to dinner with Ron and i tried to treat...then it declined my card because i only had $4.87 on it...so it took the money i transfered and now they have a 10 day hold on my $400 so I'm back to being broke.

i hate ing already.
