damion lestat "fluffy" gatten passed away on july the 14th at the age of 15. i know he could be a bastard, and evil, and not exactly the most cuddly thing, but i loved him anyway. he was my baby boy since i was 16. my first real pet who was mine and mine alone. i'm gonna miss him, regardless

I loved him too. Even if he did look at me like prey. After all, he was your only pet who didn't make me sneeze.

I choose to believe he has been reborn as he always wanted to be, a mighty velociraptor. He will forever be a little dragon king on his perch, fickle, moody, but beatitful, ready to rain down terror on whatever greens entered his path. I can't help but love a cranky old bastard like him.

he had a very long, and i'd like to think, happy life. most iggys don't even make it to 5 in captivity. i knew it was coming one day soon, but it still sucks.

You must have taken wonderful care of him. Iggies can be, contrary to popular belief, reluctant to thrive sometimes. When you start getting into all the vitamin balances and such it can be quite a science. You must have been doing everything right because he had a wonderful and long life.
