He pleaded not guilty. I cannot believe this. Now they are going to do a plea bargin and most likely wont have to go to jail. I am sooo pissed off that I started crying! I hate him

check it out, if you are looking t your house fromt he parkling lot, then the apartment up and to the left is my boss. he is mexican and name victor. he is a great man.

Well tell your boss he needs to stop looking into my house at night/day.. I dont have a problem with mexican.. hell.. half my family is hispanic.. but they need to stop looking in at me.. seriously... its creepy and an invasion of privacy....

Wouldnt his pleading of Not Guilty provide a more severe punishment for him? Perhaps im mistaken, but i was under the impression that pleading guilty was better than pleading not guilty and then being convicted...

but since he pleaded that his lawyer can now nagociate a plea of bail and porol and come to an agreement and most likely wont have to go to jail at all and if he does only for a shot time.... he wont take it to trial....
