Just out of curiousity but is it that you want to join a religion so that you can find something your looking for, or do you just enjoy researching different religions and comparing their ideas to form your own theories and ideas. And also do you lean more towards polytheism or monotheism?

I guess I'm searching for something more than day-to-day life, like some sort of universal answer that just hits you like a ton of bricks. I dunno, but I do find that during the process of trying to find a religion that "works", i find myself comparing and debating quite frequently, sometimes with myself, but mostly with others. I form lots of different theories and ideas, but nobody can just make up their own religion and be right.....can they? haha, anyways, I lean towards monotheism far more than polytheism....the idea of multiple deities and idols doesn't quite some logical....it seems a little to ancient and barabaric. Praising one god as a god of sport and another as a god of light etc. Anyways, i'm out, -seann
