Perhaps there is a difference. Its certainly good to put some thought into things but when its evident your thoughts aren't going to get you any further than where they already have then I think that the quote is a good one to consider.

Ack,how come my feed reader didnt catch this until today :(?
I am also an overanalyzer, and i kinda like it... it definitely helps to have actions planned for "foreseen" events, you never know what you can't guess :P

I can start enjoying myself when I know this joy will at least last for a while and i know I have stuff somewhat under control (of course, something unexpected could happen, but thats a risk we have to live with :) )

O phrase that an aunt told me once and i really liked was
"If you can not do anything about it, dont worry cause it won fix it, andif you CAN do something about it, then dont worry cause you will fix it"
It is implied that if you are not doing anything to fix it, you're being lazy/dumb :P
