This does not surprise me at all: Movie studios appeal iiNet piracy ruling.

Meantime, in Australia it's proven to be possible to sue online trolls for defamation -- provided you can hunt them down and identify them first.

i hate people who sue webhosts for defamation when it's some troll posting anon in a customer's forum.

and i hate that everyone thinks yelling at me via phone or 'yelling' via email will make the words mysteriously disappear.
