Before everything... Congrats!! :D

Well, you looking for a job isn't a bad thing per se. First of all, it's just an interview. It's still up to you if you're going to take the job or not, right? Maybe you just feel a little uneasy because you promised a vacation for yourself. But in both cases (going on vacation or looking for a job), you can't be doing anything morally wrong. However, once the job offer sits on your lap, you'll be faced with a dilemma: work or rest?

The good thing is, you can't go wrong with either of the two. You just can't pick both. =|

agreed! congrats leo, but more than anything (and i'm sure you know this already) do not settle for a job just because. make sure it's still aligned to what you'll wanna be doing later on. if you wanna be a professor in the long run, get a job that'll give you credentials and/or learning experience for pursuing that masteral/doctor degree in the future.

i should be saying this to you in person. i wanna hang out so badly but nada daneiro haha :(

Hi Leigh! :D I suggest you enjoy your vacation (it could be the last) and go on as many job interviews as you want :) hehe :) getting a job interview = not just them knowing more about you, but you knowing more about them :)

Good luck and welcome to the real world! ;-) It's gonna be one crazy (but fun) roller coaster ride!
