So there's been goings on in my life. None of them directly involve me, but mostly effect me anyway. Custody of a cat? :snicker: sounds a buit silly... I'm not a cat person so I wouldn't have cared... :)

He isn't a cat person either. He bought it to please her and keep her from being bored/lonely at home all day while he was at work/school. Now he wanted to keep it claiming he'd be lonely otherwise. But it was always her cat. He just didn't want her to go we think and was maybe hoping if the cat stayed she would too?

He needs the job so badly that he seems to be behaving now though. So yay for demotions even if they were too long coming. And an awesome kid is getting trained to replace him next week, not that he really needs much training, he's almost as good at his job as I was prepromotion.

For now just the one kid is getting promoted but Naomi still plans to apply when the next supervisor quits (probably in the next six months as we have one who keeps taking extended breaks for school who probably cannot keep it up too much longer).

Not clumsy enough that she got found out before she nibbled the SGA dvd box though :(

I'm trying to picture the girls trying to escape from their cage. Why is that I always end up with hilarious scenarios?

I know! Spent an hour today shooting the shit with the manager on duty, mostly talking about what an asshat Mike is, and how he seems to be behaving now since he desperately needs employment.

I can take a pic of the cage if that would help, but it looks just like a cartoon mousehole, but on the bottom of a plastic rat cage, and with a Lizzie head pocking out. anyway they are back in their real cage now, and Vicky and I are remembering how much we hated the uncoated wire cages and their penchant for absorbing pee smells.
