It's Alright A-Alright, Just Dance

Just spent a half hour doing the best cardio work out I know: singing and dancing in my room. The singing is important, it helps me gain more wind, since I run out of breath so fast... It seriosuly works as well as running around the neighborhood, and it's way more fun. Basicly, I had a Big N' Tastey from Mcdonalds, and I had to burn a few things ( Read more... )
