this is the gingerbread house my sister and i made ... there is a sledding penguin! pimp!
this is me making my sister wonder if we are truly related ... i later ate the licorice, and it was delicious
my nana's super beautiful christmas tree ... we had christmas dinner there for the first time in probably 10 years and it was ever so lovely
my favourite gift! a 10k white gold diamond encrusted FLIPFLOP! so cute! and also my boyfriend's first attempt at buying jewellery ever ... so he gets the tip of the hat, and not the wag of the finger
my second favourite gift! about 6 years ago a friend and i discovered the "i want a hippopotamus for christmas song" and everyone else hated it but we loved it so it became a wee joke to buy each other hippos. then EVERYONE found out about it and went WAY overboard with the gifting of hippos, and we each received about 4000 of the damn things over the course of the next 5 years, from everyone, even though it was supposed to only be our inside joke. le sigh! but then my nana found this somewhere and it's so fucking adorable i do not begrudge her anything!
i just wanted to take a picture of my cute ugly doll, too. he eats cookies and his name is babo and he is small enough to be packed into my travel backpack for homey comfort!
i just like the fierce concentration it takes me to eat some gummies on a stick. silly stick my ass! i renamed it the struggle stick. but it was damn tasty.
that is all. christmas was over too quickly but somehow this year i didn't mind it. i am going to see sasha tomorrow ... that should be fun. lots of coked out vancouver gang thugs illin' and chillin' while i stand close to cory and geoff in order to not get fondled tooooo much. wheeee! but the tunes will be good. we also got a hotel room for after! yay. sexy parties will indeed be had.
now i am going to drink jack daniels out of sippy cups while i wander through the park with steve. he is the best because i know when he says sippy cups ... he means it!
