What's 'bad swimming-pool etiquette'?

Swimming really slowly down the middle of the pool so no one can over take you.
When people are together and swim in twos so no one can overtake.
Stopping randomly in the middle of the pool.
Swimming really quickly but being in the slow lane.

Is it bad manners to swim under them, or to get out and go round them?
