so that duplex happened. but like everything golden, there were less maleable ores to trip over. namely: broken appliances, ceiling issues (not of the social or economic kind), shit-headed landlords, and fleas. almost all of these are the sharty gasses of the shit-headed landlord. but we'll keep on truckin. the house is great. lovely, in fact

Link me the library article! and library and law (the more unrealistic of the two) school keep flittering around in my brain...

My godmother is a librarian at the downtown portland library. She seems to like it and she's had a lot of flexibility. She went from children's lit to periodicals. Plus I read somewhere that most of the librarians in the country are going to be retiring in the next 10-15 years.
